All files have been zipped using WinZip and are .zip files. You will need to have WinZip or a program that will unzip .zip files.

When you purchase a graphic from The Fairytale Cottage and complete your payment through Paypal, you will see a link that says "Return to Merchant" somewhere in the lower right hand side of the Paypal screen. Click on this link to go back to The Fairytale Cottage. Once you are back to the site, click "Continue" towards the middle of the screen. This will now take you to your download link.

In addition to the above, once your transaction is complete through Paypal, an e-mail will be generated that contains the download link. You should receive this e-mail within a few hours of purchasing your graphic(s). Please make sure that you have added the following e-mail addresses to your "safe" list:

If you do not get your e-mail, please check your junk or spam folders. If you still cannot locate your download link, please e-mail me at:

Make sure you put "ZIP FILE" in the subject line so I can locate it right away for a quicker response.

I will be happy to forward the purchased graphics in the zip files to you if you are unable to locate your download link so please don't panic if for some reason you don't get your e-mail and download link. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
