Terms of Use

By purchasing a graphic from The Fairytale Cottage, you are agreeing to our terms of use as outlined below.

YOU CANNOT:
Claim the graphic as your own.
Sell the graphic as is when downloaded to another party.
Sell the graphic on a CD.
Sell the graphic as a downloadable file (the exception would be for template makers who place the graphic
within their own designed template for resale).
Give the graphic away for free.
Post the graphic in any group or Forum.

YOU CAN:
Use the graphic with YOUR webdesign and/or template for sale to a third party.
Recolor the graphic to meet your webdesign needs, but NOT alter the image in any way.
There are no limits on how many times you can use the graphic for different webdesigns and/or templates.

CREDIT:
Credit must be given to The Fairytale Cottage and link back to http://www.thefairytalecottage.com
when using our graphics in webdesigns and/or template designs on the pages in which our graphics appear.

For custom one-of-a-kind graphics that do not place the credit and link back to http://www.thefairytalecottage.com will be considered in violation of this agreement and therefore forfeit their one-of-a-kind rights to the graphic.  Once rights have been forfeited, The Fairytale Cottage then has the right to re-sell the custom graphic.

If these terms are violated we will contact the offender and if violiations continue, we will no longer
sell our graphis to the offender and pursue legal action.  Thank you for respecting our work.
